From the field to the table
Sagàs is a small mid-mountain village located in Berguedà, a wonderful environment where we find the origin of all the products we use in our kitchen. The Rovira family cultivates these fertile lands to produce GMO-free vegetables, raises its own livestock with the best quality standards and in the workshop they prepare, using centuries-old recipes, all the artisan charcuterie products. The products arrive at our restaurant directly, without intermediaries, and we cook them ourselves at the moment, a cuisine of origin, from the field to the table.
Eating with your hands
SAGÀS is a gastronomic journey through the best of international street cuisine. We have traveled the world to reinterpret the great classics of urban food, but always knowing who we are. From Catalan classics such as black pudding and salami, we travel to the oriental aromas of Chinese bunos or the mythical Vietnamese Bahn mi, to classic American burgers with old Galician cow or even Italian delicacies such as burrata and smoked sardine bruschetta. All accompanied by our fantastic salads, real patatas bravas and a surprising and original dessert.
